i have faced many challengees in my life.

Butmost toughest challenge I have faced was to complete my MBA project work within 45 days.

Ihave to collect the details type the content and prepare a complete project within thiscourse of time was very thoughest job.

But with my hard work,dedication and guidanceof faculties I have successfully completed the challenge.

Because here whatwe are trying to convence the interviwer by telling him that that we can mannage are time.

In45 days i have completed my MBA projects was successfully.

The greatest challenge I've faced in my careertill date has to be the key role I played in helping my company survive the recent recession.

The company was undoubtedly not prepared for the advent and impact of the recession;theirfinancial reserves were just too weak.

Those of us who were left faced a lot of struggleto keep sales levels up and costs down while maintaning our standards of customer service.

I learned a great deal from the expeience.

It was a great challenge.

While we certainly didhave a though time of it,we successfully rode out the recession and the cost control measureswhich I personally devised and implemented ultimately resulted in a significantly healthierbottom line than we had had before the recession.

so here the experience interview we is tryingto convenc the interviwer by telling him that i have help my company in over coming therecession successfully.

Qualitythat how he has help his company to save they financialreserve to tackle the recession problem.

I have faced lot of challenges in my organisationlike customers being rude and irritated to us.

I have faced the challenge by being politeto customers,apologies for the inconvenience,being calm etc.

Overall it has given me a good experienceabout how to interact with annoyed custmers.

The only way to overcome challengesis to face them.

Interview Questions: Tell Me About Yourself

Hey everyone, I am Vincent and today going to be talking about the age old job interview question: Tell me about yourself.

Now the questionis asked at the start of most job interviews at every company andthere's many different ways to be able to word this question but for the mostpart they're all asking about the same thing.

Now the worst thing that you can do isask the interviewer, well, what do want to know about me? This show that you haven't properlyprepared for the interview.

Now the interviewer doesn't want to knowabout your hobbies, your family, or even your favorite TV show.

The biggest mistake that many jobcandidates make is thinking that them personally, as a person.

So what major points do you want to get across? Well, the interviewer is interested inunderstanding if you can do the job.

Whether or not you would fit into theteam and the culture of the organization and what you have accomplished in thepast and how you can help their organization, but they're notasking you to give your entire biography, or read through your resume line by line.

Keep your statements brief and your answer to this question should be around two to three minutes.

You also want to make sure that you showthat you know a lot about the company, about the job description, and about therole that you're applying for.

Make sure to do a quick Google search tounderstand what the company does and maybe even look for some recentheadlines.

Now there's three different sectionsthat you want to make sure that you cover.

So let's break it down.

Section numberone is education and experience.

You want to also number two: highlight your most important accomplishments.

and number three: show that you havedrive, energy, and motivation.

especially through your tone and how yousay things sometimes how you say it is even moreimportant than what you say but at the end of the day there's onething that you want to get across I can add value and be a great fit foryour organization.

I recently completed my MBA from SouthUniversity where I led 150 other peers as the classPresident implemented the campuses first recycling program.

Last summer intern SanCityCorporation.

Where I developed the holiday sales andmarketing strategy that led to the largest growth in sales the company had ever experienced.

While I really enjoyed that experience, I'm very interested in this opportunitywith Solar Media because of my passion for green energy and deliveringsustainable growth in sales.

Let's review what this interview we didwell.

Number one: he included his academic background with an MBA from SouthUniversity.

He presented that he was a studentleader there.

He also showed that he had relevant experience starting a recyclingprogram in a passion in green energy while driving growth in sales at aprevious job.

He also showed that he's very interested in this opportunity andpassionate about the industry that he wants to beable to join.

Therefore he can add value and be a great fit forthis organization.

Now you want to make sure that you practice practice practice.

This is your first impression to theinterviewer, so you don't want to lose their attention in order to really knock it out of the park, you want to plan and rehearse.

It is almost guaranteed thatyou're going to get a question similar to this one so you want to make sure that you'reselling what the interviewer is buying.

Think about what they'll be interestedin by really understanding the job description and the traits that they'relooking for in the job description.

Make sure you focus on thosestrengths.

Your answer should be no more than threeminutes, nothing worse than somebody who ramble so think of it as a movie preview you just wanna hook the interviewer injust enough that they're gonna pay for that ticket to watch the entire movie.

You also want to make sure that you finda way to stand out from the rest to the crowd.

When you applyfor a job and your'e called for an interview, there are various questions that are askedand the better prepared you are, the more successful your interview would be.

Well,you might have come across various videos online that talk about the most common interviewquestions and answers.

This video would be a little different, because it's not justabout the questions and answers, we are gonna talk.

I'm also gonna explain that what exactlythe interviewer thinks, when he's asking certain questions.

What exact answers he's looking at and what are the common mistakes that you usually do.

The first most common question that is askedby the interviewer is, So tell me something about yourself or he or she might also ask,that run me through your CV? Now here the interviewer is not really interested in youranswer.

What they are looking at is your confidence, your enthusiasm and the passion that you answerwith.

So it's the best time that you show off your communication skills.

Now usuallyI have observed that many people end up saying, Ahh I love watching movies, I think I lovepartying.

I have so many friends, so I really enjoy partying.

No that's not the right waythat you answer to this question.

What you need to talk about is your education, whereyou grew up or you can also talk about your past work experience, if you have any andyour personal interests.

For example, you can say, Ahh well I grew up in France andI studied accounting.

I also worked for an accounting firm for about eight months andI really enjoy numbers, so maybe that's exactly the reason, I love to solve them.

Solvingthem is so much fun and in my spare time, I really like reading and also go out joggingonly if the weather allows me too.

So that's the way you would answer to this question.

The second most popular question that is askedby an interviewer is , What are your strengths? Now here the interviewer is looking at howpositive, you think about yourself.

It's quite a general question, there's no right or awrong answer to it, but if you give out one liners such as, Oh I'm a very friendly person,I love being with people and people love being with me.

That just doesn't sound great foran interview.

Isn't it? So what you can say is, My strongest trait is attention to detail.

I totally believe in planning and execution.

In fact even when I was in college, I usedto really organize my week and many people, because of my very outgoing nature.

Many peoplehave said that I am quite approachable, so I believe these are my strengths.

The third most common question that is askedis, So what are your weaknesses? Here for this question, you need not be really negativeabout your self.

I have heard people saying, well I am a very impatient person or peoplealso say, That I get angry easy.

Well, that's not the right answer.

Maybe that is your weakness,but you need not bring it out.

The best answer to this, because what the interviewer is lookingat is whether you can identify your weakness and how you can cover it up.

So one of theexamples, that you can use to answer this question is, I think my weakness is that Iam way too detail oriented.

I try to accomplish everything and I just want everything to beperfect, but then I realize that I'm losing out on time, so maybe that makes me submittingthese projects pretty late.

So I think that is one of the weaknesses.

So here basically,what you are doing is, you are displaying that maybe, you run out of time, but your'ealso giving a very positive aspect to it that, you are a perfectionists.

And that' s exactlywhat we saw as a strength in the previous question too.

So I think this is one of thebest ways that you can answer to this question.

The next common question that is asked is,Where do you see yourself in five years from now or the interviewer might also ask that,What are your long term or your short term goals? Now here, Iv'e seen people really struggleto answer this question.

Well, maybe, because you yourself have no idea, where you wouldlike to be, so usually people end up saying, Oh I would like to be the CEO of this companyor I would like to own an airline.

That doesn't sound right, so what a good answer to thisquestion would be, because here the interviewer is looking at, how committed you are gonnabe to this company? A very clear path with commitment, because you know what's the attritionrate these days.

So he wants to know, how long would you stick to the company? So oneof the best answers that you can give, would be, Well, five years from now, I think I wouldlike to be in a management position.

Till then I would like to gain a practical experienceand then eventually become a manager.

Of course, I would like to share and also learn a lotof new things from my team members.

The next most popular question that is askedis, So tell me something about our company or what do you know about our company? Nowhere the interviewer of course has knowledge about his own company, Right? That he's workingfor, but what he is looking at is whether you are serious about this job or not? Whetheryou have just come for one of those random interviews? So many people are usually letdown, because of the lack of research about the company, so what you need to do is research.

Go online learn about the positive attributes about the company.

Learn about their products,their history and etc.

So one of the best ways that you can answer to this questionis, Oh well your company is very well known for the customer service and you also wonan award for the best service provider in the country.

And of course, you also havea great clientele, so that's one of the best ways that you can answer this question.

Sixth most common question that is asked is,How well do you handle a change? Well, the philosophy behind this question is to know,would you be able to cope up with a change? Because usually companies definitely comeup with different strategies, employees come and go, so would you be able to handle that?People usually end up saying, Oh of course, I am great at handling a change.

Well, trustme the interviewer would not be impressed with this answer.

How you can answer to thisquestion with an example, would be.

Well, of course I can handle a change, because inmy previous company, one of our bosses, one of our immediate bosses had to quit and therewas this new boss, who came in and he had completely changed our strategy of a project.

So of course, I'm very flexible and hardworking too, so we managed it with our team effortsand definitely the results were pretty good.

So this is the way that you could answer tothis question.

The next common question that is asked is,How well do you work under pressure? Now the reason behind this question is the employeror the interviewer wants to know that do you get really stressed out? Do you get reallypanicked under pressure? Because these days companies, of course expect you to take moreand more responsibility and of course a greater work load.

So the best way to answer thisquestion is, well definitely working under pressure or without pressure works just thesame for me.

In fact in one of the companies that I was working, there was a project thatwas given to us, which had to be completed in four days.

Which usually takes ten daysand the whole team is like so stressed out, they panicked and they just didn't know whatto do, but then I insured that they settled down.

We prioritized our work and in factin a very organized manner, we completed the project.

Of course we also worked late nights,but that definitely helped to submit our project in four days.

So I think working under pressureis not too bad for me.

So this is one of the best ways that you can answer to this question.

The last common question that is asked is,How do you handle important decisions? Now the reason behind this question is usually,If someone or the interviewer is hiring the person or hiring you for a management positionor for a lead position.

He wants to know that someday when you have to handle a very important,a very critical decision.

How would you do that? So many people end up saying, You knowwhat I really haven't come across, I really haven't dealt with such difficult situations.

That's not the right answer you would say, One of the best answers that I can help youwith is, You can say, Handling decisions is definitely considered to be a little difficult,but I am sure I can do it, because my experience.

I would rely on my experience, I would alsoweigh on the pros and cons.

Of course, I would also take some advice from my team membersand I'm sure that would help me to come on a decision.

We will also look at the consequences of the decision.

So definitely I can go ahead and make decisions.
